Food: Will eat any aquarium fish food.
The glowlight tetra makes an ideal community fish. It is extremely peaceful and active. H
erythrozonus displays best when kept in a school, in a well planted aquarium with a
dark bottom, soft, slightly acid water and subdued lighting. Under these conditions the
glowlights red line brilliantly glows down the full length of its body. This species is
now commercially bred in many countries.
