This document outlines the terms and conditions for use of ALL vision 
supplied from the Hypervision Video Library.  

Copyright Notice and use of vision

All video material supplied remains the property of the respective copyright owners
and/or Hypervision Productions.

Upon payment of license and duplication costs a license agreement is offered to you
for a period of twelve months, subject to the conditions set out below.

A license agreement is offered to you “the client” in exchange for a fee as outlined on your 
"Stock License agreement" which will be sent in conjunction with the duplication quote.
The license is not transferable and may only be used in the production nominated.

A credit for any vision used in a production must be acknowledged at the end of said production
as follows: "Stock vision supplied by Hypervision Productions ©2002"
or  “ Aerial Vision by Hypervision ©2002”
or "Stock vision supplied by SA Tourism Video Library ©2002"

This Licence agreement does not extend to any other electronic purpose other 
than video production. It does not extend to Cinema, CD ROMS, print, video covers or DVD. 

The vision may not be used for any immoral or illegal purpose.
The vision may not be re-graded, retouched, altered or changed in anyway
without permission from the producer.

Any unauthorised copying, editing, exhibition, public performance, diffusion and/or broadcasts 
of this video program or any part thereof is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN without written 
permission from the owners.

The vision may not be resold, reused or distributed to any other persons or organisations.
Hypervision does not guarantee the suitability of any vision.

We have carefully read, completely understand and accept the terms, conditions, license agreement, 
costs and payment terms for the use of this vision. We acknowledge that this is a legally binding 
document and are aware we may be subject to corporate or civil law breaches in the 
event this contract is breached.

This document should be read in conjunction with "The Stock License Agreement"
